We are a Law Firm constituted pursuant to the terms of a Civil Society of Legal Services and registered under the Society Contract issued on November 8 of year 2005, recorded in Book I, Files 01 to 04 of the Civil Societies of the Central Mercantile Registry of the Republic of Cuba dated January 6, 2006. A staff of lawyers of proved experience in the practice of providing legal advisory and assistance, legal research and law teaching staff this buffet of legal services. The merging of lawyers with large knowledge on the grounds of Cuban enterprise procedure, international and local mercantile sectors, maritime, society, financial, economy and investments along with specialized notary services where required, provides with an exclusive and particular character to the human capital of this office.
